 STRUCTURAL SAFETY
The project life cycle includes:
     Conception
Design 
     Construction
     Operation (Use for purpose, maintenance and repair)
    Decommissioning/ repurposing 
Demolitions (clearing at the start and/or at the end of the life of the structure)

Most structural failures occur due to flaws in the design and construction. But during the operation of the structure, failures can also occur. At
certain times, structures either have to repurposed or demolished to pave the way for new ones.
