RELEASE AND SETTLEMENT OF CLAIMS

In consideration of __________________________ or such other good and valuable consideration paid or granted to
_________________________________ (“Releasors”), received from ( Name of Hotel ) (“Hotel”), receipt of which is
hereby acknowledged and deemed sufficient, Releasors hereby fully, finally and forever release and discharge the Hotel, the
Hotel owner, and Marriott International, Inc. (“Marriott”), along with each of their respective officers, directors, employees,
shareholders, agents, successors and assigns, and all other subsidiaries, firms and corporations related thereto any and all
other parties, known or unknown, of and from all actions, causes of action, claims, demands, damages, costs and expenses,
on account of any grounds whatsoever in law or in equity, known or unknown, arising out of or in any way related to
Releasors’ claim, including but not limited to the events and claims pertaining to
____________________________________________ on ____________ __, 20__.

This release expresses a full and complete settlement of a liability claimed and denied, regardless of the adequacy of the
aforesaid consideration stated above. Furthermore, the acceptance of this release shall not operate as an admission of any
liability or fault on the part of the Hotel, the owner of the Hotel, Marriott International, Inc. or any of its subsidiaries or officers,
directors, agents or employees.
