Day 05/22

Salad
Caesar salad (iceberg lettuce, olive oil, crushed garlic, mayonnaise, mustard, lemon,
parmesan cheese, croutons)

Main Course
Mince in demi-glace sauce – tenderloin in meat sauce with roux, butter, wheat flour,
and meat broth.
Grilled Saint Peter in orange veloute sauce – tilapia fillet with sauce of roux, butter,
wheat flour, and fish or chicken broth.
Rice with chestnut
Sautéed vegetables in herbal oil
Penne in mushroom sauce

Dessert
Chocolate pudding with ganache – Condensed milk, milk, eggs, chocolate, heavy
cream.
Sliced fruit

Salad
Caprese salad (purple and crisphead lettuce, tomato, mozzarella, basil, olive oil)    

Main Course
Escalope in jus lié sauce with mushrooms – tenderloin in its own meat sauce and
mushrooms
Fish moqueca – white hake fillet, tomato, peppers, onion, palm oil, coconut milk
White rice
Onion flour
Vegetables sautéed in butter
Pesto noodle

Main Course
Roasted sirloin cap in chimichurri sauce – sirloin cap in the oven, sauce containing
aromatic herbs, olive oil, pepper, onion.
Stuffed drumstick – chicken drumstick stuffed with cheese, vegetables, carrots,
zucchini.
Rice with broccoli
Roasted baby potato with herbs
Spaghetti with vegetables in tomato sauce

Dessert
Banana delight – banana, sugar, eggs, cornstarch, milk, vanilla essence.

Mixed salad (purple and crisphead lettuce, tomato, palm heart, melon, crouton)

Main Course
Rump skirt stuffed with vegetables – Roasted rump skirt stuffed with carrots and
zucchini
Grilled salmon in passion fruit sauce – Grilled salmon with passion fruit juice, starch,
and sugar sauce
White rice
Steamed vegetables
Vegetarian lasagna – lasagna dough, eggplant, zucchini, mozzarella cheese, and
sugo sauce

Dessert
Strawberry cloud – strawberry, sugar, eggs, cornstarch, milk, vanilla essence.
