Question 2.1
A) We can adherence fire evacuation procedures thru emergency response
planning, incident reporting and investigation, worker competency and training.
These procedures are more effective and efficient because these are the ones
that can be easy to understand and implemented in a workplace or in our daily
life

B) When it is safe to do so and as soon as feasible after the incident/accident, the

head of the department should conduct an interview and ask employees who
sustain work-related . It is also important to report near-miss accidents or
occurrences (when an employee comes dangerously close to having an accident
but manages to prevent it) to their supervisors. For the goal of prevention, all
accidents and events should be reported, and put into documentation.

C) As a health and safety representative it's important to understand consultation

procedures including what matters employers must consult about, what
consultation involves, and different ways that consultation can occur. Talking with
your employees allows you to get first-hand knowledge and experience that will
help make your business safer and healthier.

D) > Manager or head of the department should assign some employees to do the
Hazard identification, and risk assessment in the worlplace, and do
documentations, and every once a week the manager should ask from the
assigned employees and check the Hazard identification and risk assessment
documentation that the assigned employees did.

> Another way of monitoring that the managers can do is by checking the CCTV
cameras in the workplace and check if the assigned employees in doing risk
assessments are doing their job. And if the assigned employee is not adhering,
the manager should approach the employee and talk about this.

> Once the manager checked the documentations and record of risk
assessment, the manager should now make actions if there are something wrong
in the workplace that can cause dangers for the employees.

E) Adherence to security, health, and safety procedures can be monitored through

several methods, including:

1. Observation: Regularly observing employees to ensure they are following the

security, health, and safety procedures can be an effective way to monitor
adherence. This can be done by a supervisor or a dedicated safety officer.

2. Audits: Conducting regular audits of workplace procedures and practices can

help identify areas where security, health, and safety procedures may not be
followed correctly or consistently.
3. Training and education: Providing regular training and education to employees
on the importance of following security, health, and safety procedures can help
improve adherence.

4. Reporting systems: Setting up a system where employees can report any

safety concerns or violations can help identify areas where procedures are not
being followed correctly.

5. Technology: There are several technological solutions available to monitor

adherence to security, health, and safety procedures, such as automated
monitoring systems, sensors, and wearable devices.

It's important to note that monitoring adherence to security, health, and safety
procedures should be done in a non-punitive manner that emphasizes the
importance of maintaining a safe workplace for all employees.

Question 2.2
1) Dress code - dress code, can ensure that employees are dressed properly

2) Rules and regulations - If an employee does not adhere to the rules, then inform
them to the policy and explain their responsobilities. If they continue non-
compliance, then it will be necessary to eliminate their employment, because it is
more than clear that they are no longer suitable for being an employee in this
company.

3) Professionalism - Employees should be proactive when it comes to their

professional activities. They should be prepared with a few detailed examples of
what they intend to achieve, and how will they achieve that goal.

Question 2.3
In order to ensure compliance with personal protective equipment (PPE)
procedures, several monitoring methods can be employed. One approach could be to
conduct regular inspections of the workplace by a supervisor or safety officer to ensure
that employees are properly wearing PPE. Another approach could be to use
technology such as sensors, cameras or wearables that can detect whether employees
are wearing the required PPE. In addition, training programs and regular reminders can
also be implemented to encourage employees to comply with PPE procedures.

Question 2.4
If a worker is not following procedure and it's not picked up on by supervisors and
managers your company may be exposed to greater liability for any work place health
and safety incident, so the head or manager of the department should call the attention
of the employees that are not following the safe work practices and talk to them. The
manager should give that employee a warning, and if the employee is being caught
again the manager should give the employee punishments, or demote the employee.
And if the employee is caught not adhering to safe work practices the manager should
fire the employee from the company for the employee might cause the company
troubles.
