Greeting of success and peace!

Gift giving is an act of self-gratification. It is a way and an expression of love. It

strengthens human connections and builds relationships. The social value of giving has been
rocognized throughout the year and Christmas Day is one of the happiest days of the year
where people received gifts from other people. With this the YES-O of Peña National High
School, spearheaded by Jaime Larosa would like to conduct a Gift GivingProject with the
Theme: "WRAP-UP GIFTS FOR EDUCATION" Featuring Social Media and Anxiety Symposium.
We are asking from your good office and as one of the school stakeholders to allow
us in using the covered court as our venue for this said ovent, Docembor 18, 2021
(Saturday). In addition, with your thoughtfulness we are expecting that you will allow us to
use electricity during the entire preparation and activity. We are hoping for your affirmative
response!

Thank you and more po4wer!

Il. RATIONALE

Gift giving is an act of self-gratification. It is a way and an expression of love. It

strengthens human connections and builds relationships. The social value of giving has been
recognized throughout the year and Christmas day is one of the happiest days of the year
where people received gifts from other people. it is one ways of saying that they are
impoortant and loved, but for some giving gifts with sharing wisdom is more important than
receiving presents.

Christmas is the season of sharing and giving. This is the best time to teach our
young leaders the value of sharing. This makes a difference to the lives of others for having a
present to open and enjoy the day with people who care about them. A time to share our
good fortune to our neighbors in need. This community outreach project entitles WRAP-UP
GIFTS FOR EDUCATION" is a voluntary charity work which aims to spread the goodness of
bringing smile to the students.
I. PROJECT PURPOSE

This project purposes to enhance the students in the following aspects:

1. Participate in a charity work that may teach them about the true meaning of the
celebration of Christmas. It is not how much we receive but how much we give and make
other people happy.

2. Strengthen the students' creative participation in the promotion and preservation of

social values and impair to them that the selflessness does exist.

3. instill among students the value of giving and sharing that are uniquely, genuinely, and
positively Filipino.

This activity will be conducted by the YES-O Officers spearheaded by their

coordinator Mr. Jaime Larosa. No monetary collection will be collected from the students in
the conduct of this activity. Donations from private individual will be the source of funding of
this activity.

V. EXPECTED OUTPUTS AND EFFECTS AND ITS OUTCOMES

Through this activity, the selected beneficiaries will enjoy and appreciate the gift
that they received. They will realize that we can still celebrate this festive season even they
are going through hardship in this pandemic. That is not how much they received but how
much other people give value to this yuletide season as they share their love and blessings
to others. The students will have wisdom on how to manage and prevent social media and
anxiety.

On the part of the YES-O officers, the students will realize the real essence of giving
and sharing. Through their little ways, it will be remarkable to these people and maybe the
starting point of much bigger celebration of love not only during this season but in everyday
lives.
