“Dance”

First, what is dance? Dancing is a form of art that people can use to express themselves,
use it as exercise, reduce their stress, or purely enjoy themselves. People of all ages and sizes can
do dancing. Dance has been around for many years. Throughout this duration, many forms or
styles of dance have emerged, for example - Ballet, Hip-Hop, or Ballroom dancing.
Second, why is dancing important? It is because it has a lot of benefits that you can gain
from doing it. It can help build your confidence, reduce stress, and aids you in achieving better
balance. It can also beat depression, boost one's memory, and improve the body's flexibility. It
also improves your heart and lungs as it is an aerobic exercise. It can also burn calories to help us
stay fit.
There are no disadvantages to dancing, except for getting injuries. To avoid this, we must
stretch well before dancing. Some people say that just 30 minutes of dancing can lose 200-400
calories. People should incorporate this into their daily lives as dancing can help improve one's
body while having fun.
