BEECHWOOD INDEPENDENT SCHOOLS, SUPERINTENDENT EVALUATION DR. MIKE STACY JULY 11, 2022 STANDARD 1: Strategic Leadership Rating: Exemplary Dr. Stacy implementation of the EDGE and Seminar Programs supports the goals of the istrict. The current construction will enhance the 21st Century skills for our students. Dr. Stacy continually leads by exposing the faculty with educational resources outside of the district and state. STANDARD 2: Instructional Leadership Rating: Exemplary Dr. Stacy has consistently used research-based practices to enhance curriculum, instruction and assessment. Data is analyzed to aid in reducing achievement gaps. He has spearheaded the EDGE Program STANDARD 3: Cultural Leadership Rating: Exemplary Dr. Stacy understands the history, traditions, and cultural differences of the district. He uses surveys, advisory councils, PLCs, and cohorts to shape the district. He has successfully navigated the COVID crisis of the past two years. The culture has vastly improved during his tenure. STANDARD 4: Human Resource Leadership Rating: Exemplary Dr. Stacy has developed PLCs, cohorts, and a cabinet position as a Human Resources focal point. He encourages visits to exemplary out of district schools and assists with professional development. STANDARD 5: Managerial LeadershipRating: Exemplary Dr. Stacy is always forward looking in terms of fiscal management He has used his Slatewide connections to provide cost savings for the district. He has done an outstanding 0b of putting the right people in the right positions, All aspects of district operations and needs are well addressed STANDARD 6: Collaborative Leadership Rating: Exemplary is always open. STANDARD 7: Influential Leadership Rating: Exemplary {othe benefit of our students, staff and community. Dr. Stacy successfully lobbied political Support for our current building project. The Beechwood Board of Education would like to thank Dr. Stacy, he has done an exemplary job leading the Beechwood Independent School District in the 2021-2022 school year.
