 DEED OF DONATION

KNOW ALL MEN BY THIS PRESENTS:

This Deed of Donation executed and entered into by and between:

The DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE-REGIONAL FIELD UNIT NO. 03, with

office address at Capitol Compound, City of San Fernando, Pampanga,
represented in this Act by its Regional Director, CRISPULO G. BAUSTISTA,
JR. hereinafter referred to as the "DONOR";

.AND.

The SITIO MASIWAY PROGRESSIVE FARMERS ASSOCIATION represented

their chairman FREDDIE SEDIARIN with official address at Sitio Masiway,
Brgy.Sampaloc, Pantabangan, Nueva Ecija hereafter referred to as "DONEE".

WITNESSETH:

WHEREAS, the DA-RFO lll, under the Republic Act 8435, Agriculture and
Fisheries Modernization Act (AFMA) of 1997, embraces food security, poverty
alleviation and social equity as among its guiding principles;

WHEREAS, the Regional Office through REGIONAL ENGINEERING DIVISION

(RAED) has provided (1) unit Solar Powered lrrigation System (SPIS) to SITIO
MASIWAY PROGRESSIVE FARMERS ASSOCIATION

WHEREAS, the DONOR, is the Department of Agriculture RFU lll;

WHEREAS, the DONEE encourages the people living in the community to

engage in vegetable production and empowerment projects that would generate
economic growth and promote welfare of its people.

WHEREAS, the DONEE considers the (1) unit Solar Powered lrrigation System
(SPIS) is one way of achieving these goals and therefore desires to manage the
production once it provide;

NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the foregoing premises and

mutual covenants hereinafter set forth, the parties hereto have agreed on the
following terms and condition:

1. That the DONOR is the owner of the (1) unit Solar Powered lrrigation
System (SPIS);

2. That the DONEE needs the (1) unit Solar powered lrrigation System
(sPtS);

3. That in consideration of maximizing the use of government property for

implem_entation purpose, and as act of liberality and generosity- the
DONOR hereby voluntarily and freely gives, tranifers an? conveys, by
way of donation unto said all the right, title and interest which said
DONOR has in the above DONEE described the (1) unit Solar
Powered lrrigation System (SplS);

4. That the DONEE hereby receives and accepts this gift

and donation
made in its favor and it hereby expresses its appreciation
and
gratefulness for the kindness and generosity
of the DONOR.
lN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties through their duly authorized
representatives have hereunto affixed their signatures on this
