Nurse: Good morning Ms. Juaton, I need to check your vital signs as of this moment, is that okay?

Patient: Okay, Nurse.

Nurse: Your temperature is 37 degrees Celsius, it’s normal now than last evening, your blood
pressure is 90/60, it’s quite lower than normal. Your pulse rate is 58 bpm, and it’s lower than
normal. Respiratory rate is 12 /minute and it’s normal. Your oxygen saturation is 94%, it’s low but
closer to normal.

Patient: Nurse, I also felt pain in my left abdomen this early morning.

Nurse: Okay miss Juaton, I’ll tell the doctor about your condition. So, I leave you for now to report
him, I’ll be back later.

Patient: Okay Nurse, Thank you.

Nurse: Good morning sir, I want to tell you of patient condition.

Doctor: Okay Nurse, how’s her condition? Is there any problem?

Nurse: Yes sir, she felt pain in her left abdomen, also her BP is 90/60 and Pulse rate is 58 bpm. Other
vital signs are normal. Is there any additional medicine for her sir?

Doctor: Oh yes, I want you to give this additional medicine. It will help make her condition better,
and don’t forget to write down the recipe in the letter report.

Nurse: Okay sir, I will do that. May I continue my work now sir?

Doctor: Oh sure. Thank you for the report. Good morning

Nurse: You’re welcome and good morning sir.
