VAT is excluded from our quotation, which will be charged at the prevailing rate.

Delivery to most mainland UK addresses is included via tail lift lorry, or carrier depending on product,
unloaded to nearest hard-standing at ground level. Thereafter, movement of the radiators is the
contractor’s/customers responsibility. Bank Holiday, out of hours or weekend deliveries are available at
additional charge. Please be aware that deliveries to some remote rural areas, including various islands
around the UK and postcodes: PO30, PO41, KW, IV, AB, DD, PH & PA may be restricted and therefore
additional charges may apply (available on request). Should delivery be required by a FORS
registered vehicle, please contact our sales office for price and availability.

This quotation is strictly valid for a period of 30 days from the date stated above.

Availability/lead times for the products quoted are shown in the product specification notes on
our quotation. When planning your projects, please be aware that between July/August and also
in December, lead times may extend slightly due to factory holiday periods.

Ionic Specification:
Material: Cast iron
Finish/Colour: Umber grey primer (requires over painting), painted RAL/BS colour finish (£17.50 per section for most finishes),Special Effects (£50 per
section). Some specialised finishes are also available with a mixing charge of £150.00 per colour.
Connections: ½” BSP-F (BBOE), ¾” or 1". TBOE or TBSE also available (to be specified at time of order).
Maximum working pressure: 6 bar (7.8 bar water test only).
Warranty: 10 years
Other notes: Compatible with gas, oil and electric boilers. Must NOT be powder coated (failure to observe this will invalidate the warranty). Integral feet and
wall ties supplied as standard (wall mounted only version to be specified on order at no additional cost).
Make up tool: Radiators supplied assembled for all models up to 17 sections (except 28/4 and 42/4 model which is 20 sections). Over this length will be
supplied in sectional blocks for on site assembly. A 1¼” make up tool is available on a sale or return basis.
Lead time: 7-10 working days in primer finish. Painted finishes: Up to 10 radiators: 10 -15 working days, 11 to 30 radiators: 15 – 20 working days,
30+ radiators: please contact sales office for accurate lead time.

Exclusions:: unless otherwise mentioned, MHS excludes all drain cocks, delivery to non deliverable areas (see note page 1) and all valves. Please visit our

Water Treatment: MHS heating only and dual fuel products are for use on closed heating systems only; they are not suitable for installation on secondary
HWS circuits. On completion of the installation the entire system MUST be thoroughly cleaned and flushed to remove debris/flux residues etc. If a chemical
cleanser is used, it must be thoroughly flushed from the system. Following this, the system MUST be dosed with a good eminence water treatment System
design, flushing and dosing must be in accordance with BS 5449: 1990, BS EN 12828 & 12831: 2003 and BS7593: 2006 IMPORTANT: Failure to observe
these requirements will render the guarantee on the product void. Corrosion inhibitor must be used in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions and
recommendations and should take into account the particular metals within the system.
