Logistic Assistant
 Coordinating, monitoring and managing warehouses according to the company needs.
 Prepared and handling documents and invoices of the company's warehouse.
 Received and re-shipping products according to the documents, ensure the numbers of items and
matching quality.
 performing physical stock checks in a warehouse.
 checking and examining the quality of materials
 supplying materials on time
 solving issues relating to the supply of products, and inspecting material returns.
 Preparing and signing of the transportation's documents from and into warehouses, keep files
confidential and maintain accuracy of information.
 Ensure good condition of cleanliness, proper storage in the company warehouse.
 Ensure of regular updates of warehouse inventory.
 Managing, monitoring and organizing day to day fleet movement.
 Ensure the best use of the company's fleet.
 Supervising of the drivers and managing the log sheets.
 Supervising the transportation and leasing of trucks and cars as needed, preparing contracts and
ensuring the existence of the necessary papers.
 Ensure fuel consumption is being tracked.

Warehouse
 ensure warehouses documents are prepared.
 receiving, unpacking, arranging and storing goods
 preparing and loading goods for dispatch.
 checking stock for damage and wear, marking and labeling stock and reporting faults.
 ensuring cleanliness, tidiness and safety of the warehouse.
 loading and unloading delivery vehicles.
  accepting delivery of inventory.
 counting and confirming inventory.
 inspecting inventory and marking stock.

Communication Skills:
 Excellent analytical skills, resourcefulness, initiative, tact, and negotiating skills.
 Ability to communicate in English and Arabic clearly both orally and in writing.
