Which expression the VENDOR and VENDEE shall mean and include all
their legal heirs, executors, legal representatives, administrators,
successors and assignees etc.,
THAT the Second Part i.e, the Vendee hereby declare that he
satisfied with the title and other relevant documents in respect to
schedule property.
The VENDOR hereby declares the said property has not entered
into any Sale Agreement or Registered in favour of any other party by
knowingly or unknowingly. If any future dispute arises by any third party
the VENDOR will be held responsible for all causes, costs and damages.
