Job Description:
We are looking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Officer to join our dynamic HR team. As an HR
Officer, candidate will be responsible for providing essential support in various HR functions, ensuring
smooth operations. The HR officer primary responsibilities will include assisting with recruitment
processes, onboarding new employees, handling employee inquiries, maintaining HR records, and
supporting HR projects.

To be successful in this role, candidates should have prior experience as an HR Officer or in other
relevant HR positions, demonstrating a solid foundation in HR practices and procedures. A strong
understanding of the legal requirements associated with HR activities is essential to ensure compliance
within the role.

Job Responsibilities:
As an HR Officer, you will have a range of critical responsibilities. These include recruiting talented
individuals, facilitating a seamless onboarding process, offering employee training, counseling, and
coaching support, handling conflicts with professionalism, managing administrative tasks, conducting
performance evaluations, contributing to policy development, preparing reports and presentations,
ensuring compliance with workplace health and safety guidelines, managing disciplinary actions,
safeguarding employee privacy, and supporting the HR team. Furthermore, you may also have the
opportunity to lead and supervise junior HR professionals as part of your role.

Qualification and Skills:


To succeed as an HR officer, candidates should possess an educational background in human resources,
business administration, or a related field. A bachelor's degree is typically preferred. You should have
strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential to effectively interacting with employees
and management. Attention to detail, organizational abilities, and the ability to handle confidential
information with discretion are critical to maintaining data integrity and employee privacy. As an HR
officer, adaptability and problem-solving skills are key to managing various HR tasks and addressing
