Dear Parents/Guardians,

We hope this email finds you in good health and spirits. We are excited to announce that our
school is hosting a Track and Field Meet on Wednesday, May 10th, 2023. This event promises
to be a fun-filled and exciting day for our students as they showcase their athletic abilities and
support their fellow students.

However, to ensure the success of this event, we are in need of volunteers. We are looking for
parents/guardians who can help us with various tasks such as setting up equipment, being a
timer, supervising students, and cleaning up after the event. Volunteering at the Track and Field
Meet is a great opportunity to support our school and get involved in your child's education.

If you are available and willing to volunteer for this event, please email Mr. Hebert at
matthew.hebert@eics.ab.ca as soon as possible. We will provide a brief orientation session for
all volunteers before the event to ensure that everyone is familiar with their roles and
responsibilities.
