Central Firewall Reporting

In this simulation you will run reports for Sophos Firewall in Sophos Central.

Review the information at each stage and follow the instructions to advance to the
next step.

Start
 Login to the firewall as admin

 Select SYSTEM > Sophos Central in the left-hand menu

 Click Configure

 Select Send reports and logs to Sophos Central

 Click Apply

 Click Continue to go to Sophos Central

 Sign In to Sophos Central
We have entered the email address for the Sophos ID

 Sign In to Sophos Central
We have entered the password
Simulation
 Submit the multi-factor authentication security code to complete the login to Sophos Central

 Click the scroll bar in the left-hand menu

 Select MY PRODUCTS > Firewall Management in the left-hand menu

 Open the admin menu in the top-right

 Select Licensing

 Click on Manage for the ‘Central Firewall Reporting’ license

 Allocate the licenses to the UK firewall
Simulation
 Click Save

 Click Yes

 Select Report Hub in the left-hand menu

 Once the firewall has started to feed data to Sophos Central this will provide a dashboard of reports
Click View Report for the ‘Top ATP Threats’

 Here you can see more detail from the selected report in the Report Hub
Open the Report templates drop-down field

 Select Web usage

 Click on Video hosting in the chart

 This will apply a filter to the report query
Click Generate

 Click on the tool icon to edit the chart fields

 Change Category to Domain

 Click Save Template

 Enter Video Streaming Domains then click Save

 Select the Saved Templates tab

 Here you can open or edit any templates you have saved
Open the Video Streaming Domains template

 You can see that the saved report also appears in the ‘Report templates’ field on the left

 You have now run reports for Sophos Firewall in Sophos Central
