1. Physical fitness is the capability of an individual to efficiently carry out physical activities
without undue fatigue.
2. Muscular Endurance is the ability of the muscles to arduously perform continuous
physical activities without undue fatigue for a prolonged period of time.
3. Muscular Strength is the ability of the muscles or a muscle group to exert and produce
maximum amount of force and efforts against a resistance.
4. Flexibility is the capability of the muscles and joints to move and extend at a wider (full)
range of motion.
5. Cardiovascular endurance is the ability of our heart to pump blood; and lungs to supply
oxygen while being physically active over a prolonged period of time.
6. Body Composition is a person's total body weight from the ratio of lean body tissues
(muscle & bone) to body-fat tissue.
7. Balance is the ability to stabilize an upright body posture while either standing still or
moving that make the body firm and maintain good poise.
8. Agility is the capability of an individual to move swiftly and quickly change the position
or direction of the body while in control of the movements of the whole body.
9. Power is the ability to perform physical activities with strength at a rapid pace (speed).
10.Speed is the ability of a person to make fast movements to cover a long distance in a
short period of time.
