    A. Design an Organization that you have always wanted to create.

    With the different

    types of Organizational Charts. Choose one and identify what will be included within

    your organization. Make sure to draw up your Organizational Chart, make it spicy and

    remember it is your Organization, add names or positions if you deem it be!

    B. What type of Leader, would you want to be?

    a. Identify the type of Leader you would like to be and why

    b. What type of leader would your friends identify you as?

    c. What are the characteristics/traits do you see in yourself?

    C. What type of Leaders would you like within your organization to manage the different

    departments?

    a. Define the type of Leadership style your leader is

    b. Identify two (2) advantages and dis-advantages of the leader you identified

    c. State at least four (4) characteristics of your Leader
