ROBBERY INCIDENT

1. Police were able to identify the perpetrators in the robbery event at LP

Construction Hardware Store after conducting a thorough investigation. The robbery's
masterminds, Joselito Batumbakal and Arnulfo Sieraul, were identified and detained as a
result.

2. In the course of the investigation, Sieraul acknowledged that he and Batumbakal

had planned the robbery because they both needed money to support their drug addictions.
The suspects entered the store by smashing the back window of one of the restrooms on
the night of the event and driving an owner-type jeep. Then they broke into the business
and took Php 500,000.00 in cash, 20 wheelbarrows, and 500 sacks of cement. All of the
stolen goods were found by the police, and Batumbakal and Sieraul were accused with
robbery. The two other people involved in the incident were also detained and charged
appropriately. It was discovered that Batumbakal and Sieraul were former employees of LP
Construction Company who were dismissed due to their involvement in drug abuse and
theft. They had a previous record of theft at the Muntinlupa Police Station.

3. Sieraul admitted during the investigation that he and Batumbakal had plotted the
robbery because they both required cash to sustain their drug addictions. Police discovered
all of the stolen goods, and Batumbakal and Sieraul were charged with robbery. The police
praise the witness Eduardo Labrador for providing crucial information that assisted in the
identification and arrest of the suspects. The two other individuals engaged in the incident
were also detained and charged appropriately. The case's successful conclusion is evidence
of the police's dedication to upholding neighborhood peace and order.
 4. This concludes the final investigation report on the robbery incident at LP
Construction Hardware Store.
