A RESOLUTION OF THE SANGGUNIANG BARANGAY TO STRONGLY SUPPORT THE CONDUCT OF

FACE TO FACE LEARNING MODALITY OF TAMBAN NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL (TNHS) SITUATED AT
PUROK 7, TAMBAN, GOVERNOR GENEROSO, DAVAO ORIENTAL.

WHEREAS, Pursuant to the Joint Memorandum of Department of Education and Department

of Health, JMC No. 1, series of 2021, dated September 27, 2021 "OPERATIONAL GUIDELINES ON THE
IMPLEMENTATION OF LIMITED FACE TO FACE LEARNING MODALITY", the Tamban National High
School is one of the schools that have the capability and eligibility in the implementation of face to
face learning modality.

WHEREAS, the Tamban National High School (TNHS) of Barangay Tamban, has followed and
implemented the following guidelines and protocols stated in the memorandum. Thus, the school is
now ready to engage in this type of learning.

WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Barangay of Tamban headed by Punong Barangay Rudy B. Rubio
together with the School head Mr. Ryan N. Pequiro and other stakeholders will assure to help and
facilitate in maintaining the health and safety protocols in order to protect the students. And will
surely monitor now and then the facilities and health of the teachers, students, and personnel.

WHEREAS, the BLGU-Tamban will fully support in the implementation of face to face learning
modality of the school and will help whatever problem arises due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

WHEREFORE, after thorough deliberation of the body, on motion of Barangay Kagawad Joel C.
Tuban, committee on Education, seconded by Barangay Kagawad ________________________,
committee on health and all members present, be it was,

RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, TO STRONGLY SUPPORT THE CONDUCT OF FACE TO

FACE LEARNING MODALITY OF TAMBAN NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL (TNHS) SITUATED AT PUROK 7,
TAMBAN, GOVERNOR GENEROSO, DAVAO ORIENTAL.

RESOLVED FURTHER, that to furnish copy of this resolution to the Office of Department of
Education (DepEd) and all agency concern for ready reference and immediate response.
