Critical thinking involves ‘critiquing’ a view using available intellectual knowledge (Drew, 2022). They use three
processes to develop critical insights on a topic, which are deduction, induction and abduction. Deduction Thinking skills are necessary for problem solving, decision making, and
involves drawing conclusions based on the facts at hand. Induction involves drawing conclusions based on a thinking critically. They help us do our job better, make smart decisions, and

unique or different solutions to a problem. Flexibility involves the ease to shift from one problem type of
problem solving to another. Fluency occurs by generating a large number of solutions.
