HOW TO ELIMINATE Dogs PRESENCE AT DRILLING RIGS / RIG CAMPS

 How to protect yourself from a stray dogs  First Aid Tips for Dog Bite
1.Wash the bite carefully with soap and water.
1- Not to feed Dogs at Rig Camps: You are encouraging Dogs presence by feeding Dogs at Rigs
2.Place a clean towel over the injury to stop any bleeding.
and Rig Camps. Dogs presence is potential cause of spreading rabies diseases, which is a severe
and life-threatening viral disease. 3.Try to keep the injured area
elevated.
2- Avoid running away: If you run, the dog will instinctively try to catch you. It will see you as
prey to chase down so stand still to avoid triggering that instinct. 4.Apply a sterile bandage
to the wound.
3- Providing metal fencing at camps cabins ( in between ,underneath ) in order to avoid dogs
taking shelter and menace underneath of cabins. 5.Take the causality as soon as
possible to KOC clinic / hospital or nearest hospital
4- Comply with KOC waste Management procedure : Effective removal and management of
garbage would eliminate an important source of food for tray dogs. Keep trash bins close &
surrounding clean.

5- Please call KOC Pest Control Help Desk 23866306 . If you encounter such stray dogs at your
work place/ camps within KOC Oil Fields (within KOC Fence only).
