DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Deed of Absolute Sale made and executed by and between:

SPOUSES EDUARDO CANTILLAN AND CANDIDA GALANG, both of legal age,

Filipino, married to each other and with residence and postal address at Blk. 7 Lot 49 Katapatan
Homes, Katapatan Homes, Banay-Banay, Cabuyao, Laguna Philippines, herein after referred to
as the VENDOR,

- and –

MARIA KHATRINA CANTALEJO GALANG, of legal age, Filipino, Single and with
residence and postal address at Blk. 24 Lot 2 Ph.1 Mabuhay City, Baclaran, City of Cabuyao,
Laguna, Philippines hereinafter referred to as the VENDEE,

KRISANDRO CANTALEJO GALANG, of legal age, Filipino married to UNICA

REAÑO GALANG and with residence and postal address at Blk. 24 Lot 2Ph.1 Mabuhay City,
Baclaran, City of Cabuyao, Laguna, Philippines herein after referred to as the VENDEE,

WITNESSETH:

That for and in consideration of the sum of TWO HUNDRED EIGHTY THOUSAND PESOS
AND 00/000(Php280,000.00 ), Philippine Currency, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged and
confessed by the VENDOR to his entire satisfaction, said VENDOR hereby SELLS,
TRANSFERS, AND CONVEYS in a manner absolute and irrevocable, unto said VENDEE, their
heirs and assigns that certain parcel of land, located at Blk. 24 Lot 2 Ph. 1 Mabuhay City
MamatidCabuyao Laguna covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. 060-2011000193 of the
Registry of Deeds of Laguna, including all the improvements thereon found, and more
particularly described as follows:

A parcel of land (Lot 2 Block 24of the conso/ subd. plan Pcs-04-012602, being a portion of consol.
Of plan Psu-50910, Lot 2-A, Psd-69192, Psu-38527, Lot 1-C , Psd-04-088893; Lot 2-C, Psd-17905;
Psu-50911; Lot 2, Psd-04-044771, L.R.C. Rec. No.), Situated in Barangay Mamatid Mun.of
Cabuyao, Prov. of Laguna, Island of Luzon, Bounded on
xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxcontaining an area of EIGHTY (80)_SQUARE METERS.

Of which said VENDOR is the absolute owner and as WARRANTY thereof, covenant that he has
perfect right to sell and transfer said parcel of land and that he will defend the same against
lawful claims against any persons whomsoever, likewise, covenant that the same is free from
liens and encumbrances.
