RE: NOTICE OF CANCELLATION OF MOTOR INSURANCE FOR NON-
PAYMENT OF PREMIUM

Reference is made to the above captioned.

ACK Logistics Limited currently has an outstanding Premium balance with Discover
Insurance Company in the value of ZMW 82,794.95 and USD 43,794.00. We issued a
demand letter to you on 27th February 2023 as attached but you neglected to respond.

You are hereby notified in accordance with the terms & conditions of the above-mentioned
policy, and in accordance with the law, that your insurance will cease with immediate effect.

We demand that you return all the original cover notes including the Insurance discs,
COMESA Yellow Cards and any other support document that belong to our company with
immediate effect

We also demand that you pay our company a total levy that has been paid to Zambia Revenue
Authority in the amount of ZMW 48,058.00 and a total time on risk amounting to
ZMW 305,147.00

If you disagree with this intended action, you have the right to file a complaint.

We trust that we shall have your full corporation to resolve this matter as soon as possible.
