Recruitment of managerial officers for Corporate Affairs for BECIL Headquarters in Delhi / Noida
Broadcast Engineering Consultants India Ltd., a Public Sector Enterprise under Ministry of Information & Broadcasting, Government of India setup in 1995 is a profit making company conferred with Mini Ratna status. The company is engaged in consultancy and turnkey projects in the field of Radio & Television Broadcasting, Satellite Communication, Cable TV, Training, Human Resource Placement and Information Technology. The company caters to prestigious clientele both in Private and Public Sector in India and overseas. The company has its Head Office in New Delhi and Project Office in Noida (Uttar Pradesh). A multi-storeyed office building is under final stage of construction in Sector -62 Noida and company shall move its major operations to this building shortly. The company invites applications from dynamic, hardworking professionals with proven trackrecord working in other Government Departments, Public Sector units, Autonomous Bodies, Private sector for filling up the following posts on direct recruitment / deputation basis for its Headquarters in Delhi / Noida.

Deputy General Manager (Corporate Affairs)


Category UR-1 Scale of Pay Rs.32,900 58,000 Grade E-5 Gross Emoluments Rs. 52,029- at minimum of pay scale Rs. 1,31,776/- at maximum of pay scale Job Requirements: The Deputy General Manager (Corporate Affairs) shall oversee Finance, Accounts, Audit, Legal, HR, General Administration and Corporate Affairs of the company at its headquarters in Delhi /Noida. The Deputy General Manager (Corporate Affairs) shall be result oriented with exceptional leadership qualities and motivational skills for his team. The Deputy General Manager (Corporate Affairs) shall be responsible for financial management and proper upkeep of financial and other records relating to Corporate Affairs including Human Resource of the company. The Deputy General Manager shall also be responsible for maintaining close liaison with bankers to the company, the company secretary, the auditing agencies as well as other connecting agencies on Corporate Affairs. (i) Essential: Degree in Commerce / Arts with minimum 55% marks for general category (50% marks for reserved category)

LLB, CA/CWA/ Masters of Business Administration in Finance.

Work Experience: Minimum of 8 years of work experience of which at least 6 years in handling of statutory and Government Audit, preparation of annual accounts, taxation, budgeting, resource mobilization, funds management, HR management, legal affairs in middle and senior managerial level. Age: The upper age limit as on July 1, 2011 shall be 45 years.

Other Required Skills: Deputy General Manager shall have thorough knowledge of financial records management & transactions as required in a Public Sector Undertaking. He/She should also have experience of dealing with Financial Institutions, Banks & shall be well versed with audits. He shall also have proficiency for working independently on computers and shall have command on MS Office package and standard accounting softwares.

Manager (HR)
Category SC-1 Pay Scale Rs.24,900 50,500/Grade E-3 Gross Emoluments Rs. 56572/-at minimum of pay scale Rs. 114736/- at maximum of pay scale Job Requirements: The Manager (HR) shall oversee management of the entire Human Resource of the company and shall be responsible for implementing the HR policy. Manager (HR) shall evolve and implement effective human resource development strategy and shall also be responsible for devising and implementing training plan for skill enhancement of the human resource of the company. Educational Qualifications: Essential : Degree in Science/Commerce/Arts/Social Work with minimum 50% marks. Full Time Post Graduate in Personnel Management / Industrial Relations/Human Resource Management/ Social Work with minimum 50% marks. Desirable : Master of Business Administration in Human Resource Management. Work Experience: Minimum of 5 years experience in HR Management for a Public Sector Enterprise or a large private business enterprise of which at least 3 years experience shall be in middle managerial level.

Upper Age Limit The upper age limit shall be 40 years as on July 01, 2011. Other Required Skills: Manager (HR) shall have excellent communication skills required for HR management and shall provide motivational skills to Human Resource in the company. The Manager shall have proficiency for working independently on Computers and shall have command on MS Office package.

Manager (Legal)
Category UR-1 Scale of Pay Rs.24,900-50,500/Grade E-3 Gross Emoluments Rs. 56573/-at minimum of pay scale Rs. 114736/- at maximum of pay scale Job Requirements: The Manager (Legal) shall be responsible for handling the legal affairs of the company. The Manager (Legal) shall maintain close liaison with his counter parts with the clients, bankers to the company as well as other company related agencies. Manager (Legal) shall also handle all the court cases. Educational Qualifications: Essential : Full Time LLB with minimum 55%marks for general category and 50% marks for reserved category. Desirable : Full Time LLM Work Experience: Minimum of 5 years work experience in the Court of Judicial Service / Practice at the Bar or minimum of 5 years in Legal Department in a Public Sector Enterprise or private organization of repute of which at least 3 years shall be in middle managerial level. Age: The upper age limit shall be 40 years as on July 01, 2011. Other Required Skills: Manager (Legal) shall have excellent communication and managerial skills as well as shall be a team leader and also work as a team member. The Manager (Legal) shall have proficiency for working independently on Computers and shall have command on MS Office package.

Junior Manager (Finance)

The Junior Manager (Finance) shall be responsible for proper upkeep of financial records in the following fields:Proper financial book keeping Pre-auditing of all financial transactions at Region Preparation & submission of periodical returns Taking care of Taxations, Customs, Excise etc. Educational Qualifications: Essential :

Degree in Commerce / Arts from a recognized university with 55% marks for general category ( 50% marks for reserved category) CA/ICWA/ Masters of Business Administration in Finance from a recognized university.

Junior Manager (General Administration)


Category SC-1 Scale of Pay Rs.12,600 32,500/Grade E-0 Gross Emoluments - Rs.28,627/- at minimum of pay scale Rs. 73,840/- at maximum of pay scale Job Requirements The Junior Manager (General Administration) shall be responsible for handling day to day general administration and house keeping functions in BECIL headquarters. Junior Manager (General Administration) shall also be responsible for preparation and maintenance of various records of all subjects under general administration and house keeping activities. Educational Qualifications: Essential :
Degree in Science / Arts / Commerce/ Social Work with minimum 50% marks. Full Time Post Graduate in Industrial Management / Human Resource Management / Social Work with minimum 50% marks.

Junior Manager (Legal)

The Junior Manager (Legal) shall be responsible for drafting of legal documents and maintaining of the records of the same. Educational Qualifications: Essential :

standards. In addition to the perquisites such as Medical Allowance, Leave Travel concession, Leave Encashment, Gratuity, Provident Fund, HRA @30% of the basic pay , DA allowance as notified by the Government from time to time is payable extra. The current rate of DA as on July 1, 2011 is 47.2% of the basic pay. The company also provides performance based incentive to its employees as a policy of profit sharing constituents with the DPE guidelines. Company also provides additional allowances totaling to 50% of basic pay from a range of categories and employees are free to choose from the specified options.
