1) Making Machine Comparison, Technical specification and carried out machine installation,
commissioning, and trials.
2) Fabrication and erection of pipe racks and cable trays as per drawing and some changes to be
done as per site Condition.
3) Working along with Civil, Safety, EEI & Utility as per project protocol & planning.
4) Material Management, Site management & Quality Control Management.
5) During installation of machine, required modifications done which is cause to increase the
Productive and safety.
6) Project managing used in the engineering latest technical gang-charts.
7) Work with different professionals’ vendors, within and outside the engineering sector.
8) In tyre industries I have taken experience in Machine like Simplex extruder, Duplex extruder,
3 Roll calendar,4 Roll calendar, Banbury Mixer, TSR, Batch-off unit, bias cutter, bead
winding, small chemical system, carbon and silica transport system installation and
commissioning done.
9) Regularly monitoring the project activities by giving the permits system and maintain the work
quality.
