 Understand your target market and ideal client.

 Give award the most customers that you hove.

2. Inter-group Conflicts

Inert group conflict it may be between manager and workers or between workers, to resolve it
need flowing steps.
 Understanding cause of problem.
 Don't Ignore Conflict.
 Talk it out, face to face.
 Give them time to talk and allow everyone to talk his problem.
 Developing an action plan for each person on both teams.

3. Lack of proper organization

Lack of proper organization always caused poor of management and disorganization process, to
take action it is important includes:
 Address your business needs and issues.
 Make sure that your hierarchy fits with your company's purpose, objectives, and
goals.
 Build on what is already working.
 Building good relationship between the co-workers.
 Make section , reports every week and mounts.
