CIRCULAR
Sub: Academic Annual Review ofteaching staff 2022-23.
University conducts an annual review of the teachers every year. This year also university
is going to conduct an Annual Review of Teachers during April-May, 2023.

Deans of Faculties are informed to submit the syllabus of competitive exams/ tests based
on which the written test shall be conducted for teaching staff in their respective faculties
as shown in Annexure-I to the undersigned on or before January 20, 2023. In the said
document, wherever it is written "syllabus from Dean", the Deans of concerned Faculties
shall arrange to fix and submit the syllabus based on which the written test shall be
conducted for their teaching staff.

HOIs are requested to provide the details of teachers who are conducting a weekly
teaching load of below 8 hours in their institutes to the undersigned on or before January
20,2023.

The written examination comprising 100 MCQs, will be held during the third week of
March 2023 under the supervision of Hols and Academic Directors.

Personal Interviews may start from the Third week of March 2023 and will be conducted
online mode via Google Meet. A detailed schedule will be provided later.

It is mandatory for all teaching staff, who have joined the services of the university before
31 st August 2022, and also, those who are deputed in cells and taking ateaching load of 8
hours and above teaching load shall appear in the ARC.

Absence in ARC (Exam/personal interactions) may result in the said teacher in not being
eligible for sanction of annual increment.
