After the internship period, I have understood that being a teacher is not as
easy as I thought, but this is a very difficult and difficult job but very noble and
sacred like the saying " Teaching is the noblest of the noble professions, the most
creative of the creative professions. It requires teachers to have perseverance,
hard work, a high sense of responsibility, love for the profession, love for children
and even creativity, which is their long-term efforts.
In order to have a good teaching period, it requires the teacher to carefully invest
in the content and the method of communication. Regarding the content, it is
necessary to select and highlight the key contents to help students easily absorb
in accordance with the standard of knowledge and skills. Regarding methods,
depending on the general level of each class, a lesson can use many different
methods for each different class.
Because I am an intern, I do not have much experience in teaching, there are
many shortcomings and shortcomings, I am not really confident in the process of
teaching. However, thanks to the dedicated instruction of professional
instructors, after each teaching class, I gain more experience, accumulate many
valuable lessons to improve my skills, teach better the lessons. after.
Although I completed the internship very well, I think I still lack experience in
teaching in class and in classroom management. However, I still feel that I am not
professional enough to practice the lesson smoothly. I myself lack confidence, so
I'm still embarrassed when I teach face-to-face. I am not fully equipped with
pedagogical techniques to be able to manage classes and teach in the best way.
However, I am a person who is always devoted to students. Teach students with
all the pedagogical skills they have. I always listen to students, share with student
difficult problems about family and study, understand students and encourage
them to keep trying on their learning path.
Before teaching a lesson, it is necessary to clearly define the central goal of the
lesson, so that the appropriate time allocation, spend a lot of time on the main
part, skim through the unimportant content. We must invest carefully in the
lesson, find documents related to the content of the lesson so that we can expand
and improve accordingly, choose teaching methods, equipment and supplies
accordingly. . In the teaching process, it is necessary to apply a combination of
many different methods to actively engage students' activities. It is necessary to
have an appropriate teaching method based on the general level of each class.
The content of the lesson should be presented in a concise and clear way so that
the students can easily absorb it. Connecting old and new knowledge into a
continuous series to help students both review old knowledge and make
connections to form new knowledge for themselves. The way of asking questions
needs to be clear and coherent to help students easily visualize the problem that
needs to be understood. The question posed needs to be thought-provoking, if
the question is difficult, it should be appropriately suggested so that students can
answer it themselves. We should Create a comfortable, happy classroom
atmosphere so as not to make the class too heavy. The way of communication
must be clear, coherent, logical, loud and clear voice, know how to emphasize,
attract the attention of students. Must cover the entire class to avoid the situation
that students work separately during class hours, promptly handle violations.
Respect students' opinions, quickly and well handle pedagogical situations that
occur during teaching hours. When in class, it is necessary to have a pedagogical
style, confidence, maturity, and agility. Regularly draw experience with teachers
and friends after each lesson to improve both knowledge and pedagogical style.
Constantly learning, exchanging and updating extensive knowledge to enrich the
lectures.
4. As teachers, each of us is placed in a matrix with complex relationships, desired
requirements. Students want you to teach in a fun, easy way and basically play a
lot. Parents want their children to get good grades. The school requires the
achievement of the whole class, the achievement of good students. Your heart
and mind want to teach in a very unique way. In some case these expectations
and desires in many cases cannot coexist.
That's when you have to make decisions and choices. As an employee, you want
to satisfy your boss and parent customers. As the "great mother bear", you want
your children to be comfortable and keep their innocence. As a head of state, you
expect to create values that represent a culture of the future…
But for me, building pupils' independent study habits is a key component of my
teaching methodology. Even when students are actively participating in a course, I
find that they frequently forget crucial information because they haven't learned
how to thoroughly examine the subject on their own. In my opinion, helping high
school pupils develop their independent learning skills will now better prepare
them for the requirements of college courses.
Make the material I teach more understandable. In many instances, it is more
challenging for a pupil to infer meaning when they are unable to identify the
material. In order for my pupils to effectively develop the 4 abilities of Listening,
Speaking, Reading, and Writing, it is important for me as an English teacher that
they hear and comprehend what they are studying.
When my teacher provided comparable instances, I as a student found that
structures were easier to remember. As a student teacher, for instance, I discover
that providing real-life examples aids students in understanding grammatical
structure as well as aids in their ability to form their own opinions.

enthusiastic and energetic attitude in teaching. teaching students as a primary
