Introduction: -

Gene Matrix is a biotechnology business with a Californian base that focuses on harnessing

genomes to save human lives. This company sells two different types of items related to the

DNA Microarray technology: reagents and arrays.

The company has many divisions performing different activities. One division handles different

arrays and reagents. They have a separate section for software development.

They largely concentrate on expanding the income streams by enhancing customer happiness and

improving the business procedures. They have several initiatives planned to achieve these goals.
