2.2. Addition of function/ Change of specifications
1. Added the menu that displays the document of GPL rules.

2. Added SAN (Subject Alternative Name) and EKU (ExtendedKeyUsage) to CSR, self-issued device certificate of the MFP.
3. Standardization of LK-102. (LK-102 will be enabled once the FW is installed.)
4. Supported the registration of icons to APP button and the hierarchization of the button.
5. Supported the function that enables a user to collect the Self-diagnosis result with CSRA.
6. Enable a user to use Basic Style screen when executing PKI authentication.
7. MarketPlace becomes available for Generic machines.
8. Added FAX error code on [Job List] > [Log] > [Job Details] screen.
9. EM-908 (1TB SSD storage) support.
2.3. Fixed issues
1. Screen saver of Marktplace is displayed even automatically installed MarketPlace is set to OFF.
[Note]
Displaying or not displaying the setting of the screen saver function will be switched depending on whether a user turns ON
or OFF MarketPlace by this modification.
-If MarketPlace is turned ON, the setting of the screen saver function is not displayed.
-If MarketPlace is turned OFF, the setting of the screen saver function is displayed.
2. The functions in MarketPlace account settings are unavailable.
3. [Reference]
The fix for this issue has removed the following settings:
[Administrator] > [Network] > [IWS Settings] > [MarketPlace Setting] > [MarketPlaceAccount Setting]

4. A vulnerability where authentication data that is included in the setting information of the MFP can be obtained via OpenAPI.
- Do not return responses that contain the authentication data when a user accesses to the MFP as Public user.
-Do not output passwords in responses regarding the authentication information of the external server authentication even
the user accesses to the MFP with the administrator privilege.
-Do not save any password of the external server authentication in case [Temporarily Save Authentication information] is
turned OFF.
5. Counter data is not sent to the NAS server from the Counter Collector application that is supposed to have been started with
IWS background startup.
6. Characters cannot be entered with an external HW keyboard.
7. Record the detail code if CPU Stall is detected.
8. A vulnerability that allows tampered firmware to be downloaded by modifying INDEX value. [KVE-2019-1530]
9. C-E301 (0xC3BB) may occur when User Authentication setting is used.

10. Added the function that makes the MFP reboot once a month with CSRC Software SW.
11. Browser application may not start up after returning from Low Power mode on the MFP where System auto reset is set to
[OFF].
12. Logging in to the MFP by using the authentication web browser application fails while another user logs in to the MFP as an
administrator from Page Scope WebConnection.
13. Error code C-FF0C may occur if making copies with zoom ratio less than 50%.
14. Cannot register the Address Book of IP Address Fax by the batch copy function of Data Administrator.
15. Authentication fails when a user tries to log in to the MFP by selecting the user from [User Name List] on the user
authentication screen while [Enlarge Display] is in use on Classic Style screen.
16. Received Fax data may not be forwarded to a User Box.
17. If Enhanced server authentication is enabled, following items are not displayed when registering addresses via Page Scope
WebConnection.

18. When printing a specific PDF file using the Direct Print function, the MFP does not output a document.
19. It takes time for the menu (Home) screen in Basic Style to become active.
20. C-E301 may occur after updating FW.
21. FA14(0x08B6) occurs when printing a specific Word file with PS Printer Driver.
22. When printing a specific xlsx file using the Direct Print function, the MFP does not output a document.
23. Time of build-in GW cannot be synchronized with the time of the MFP itself unless the Time Zone of the MFP is set to 0
(UTC), and users cannot connect to the MFP from bizhub Essentials.
24. Wireless connection is disconnected when [Wireless Only] or [Wired + Wireless (Secondary Mode)] is configured.
Function that makes the MFP reboot and recover the wireless connection when the wireless LAN is disconnected.

1. The maximum password length for E-Mail RX (POP) is extended to 64 characters.
[Purpose Summary]
When Gmail with 2-step verification enabled, to access to Google account from another App or device, it uses "App
passwords". App passwords are 16 characters long created automatically at own Google account. On the MFP's e-mail (POP)
password for mail receiving, however, the password entry is limited to 15 characters. Therefore, Internet FAX or E-mail RX
Print becomes unavailable.
[Customization]
The maximum password length for E-Mail RX (POP) is extended to 64 characters.

[How to use]

2) Set Authentication Method (General Settings of No. 5) other than "anonymous".
3. PDF, TIFF and CompactPDF can be selected for the file format of Type1 Image Log Transfer function.
File format, resolution and color of Type1 Image Log Transfer function has been modified as follows.
[Customization]
1. PDF, TIFF and Compact PDF can be selected for the file format of Type1 Image Log Transfer function.
Administrator Settings > Security Settings > Image Log Transfer Settings
2. Resolution of the image log is changed to 200x200dpi.
3. Color of the image log can be switched by DipSW whether it is fixed to Gray Scale or not

In order to enable the above function, please set Software SW as follows.
Software SW No.63 = 0x01 (to enable the Type1 Image Log Transfer function)
Software SW No.52 = 0x20 (to enable the above three functions)
* When Software SW No.52 is 0x20, the following Software SW enables switching the color of image log.
Software SW No.204 = 0x00: The image log color is fixed to Gray Scale. (default)
Software SW No.204 = 0x01: The image log color is the color selected by the user when scanning.
[Restrictions]
When all the following conditions are met, a trouble code is displayed on the panel and the image log is not transferred.
1. DipSW No.52 is set to 0x20 and Compact PDF is chosen as the file format of image log.
2. DipSW No.204 is set to 0x01.
3. The original is read as [Black] when scanning.
* If one of these three conditions is not met, the trouble code is not occurred.
4. To restrict per user under direct link to AD by assigning a value in a schema of user registered in AD.
