Description of Problem:
1. Customer needs Citrix to be reinstalled or initially installed
Solution:
1. Confirm if Citrix Receiver, or Citrix Workspace is installed.
6. Open Chrome or Firefox web browser. (Internet Explorer and Microsoft Edge are
no longer supported) and log into https://connects.m3as.com/
7. Enter credentials.
8. Click on the Accounting Core Icon to launch the program
