7:30 - 7:45 AM • Travel time from home to RHU

7:46 - 8:30 AM • Pre-conference with Clinical Instructor

• Orientation of tasks and dissemination of instructions for
the assigned barangay or area

8:31 - 9:00 AM • Students’ transportation from RHU to assigned barangay

9:01 - 9:15 AM • Discussion about the goal for the day in the barangay with
the PHN/CHN

9:16 - 10:30 AM • Dissemination and rendering of tasks and responsibilities

• Interview with the PHN/CHN about conflicts and
challenges faced in the barangay.

10:31 - 12:00 AM • Read about different programs from available resources in

the barangay
• Document by taking pictures is possible

12:01 - 1:00 PM • Lunch Break

• Heading back to RHU

1:01 - 1:30 PM • Group discussion of gathered data

1:31 - 1:45 PM • Assignment of tasks as a group

1:46 - 4:00 PM • Doing required paper works as a group and individually

• Exploration and/ or observation of different programs and
services in the RHU

4:01 - 5:00 PM • Evaluation of the group together with Clinical Instructor

• Post-conference
• Departure from RHU
