Motherwort Calming

Relief Tincture

Motherwort is one of my favorite herbs to make a fresh plant tincture to support calm mood without
making people feel sleepy or sedated. It’s bitter tasting and almost immediately relaxes and grounds
you while mellowing out emotional roller coasters. It also supports the cardiovascular system, mood,
digestion, and reproductive hormone balance and is energetically cooling.
