NOTICE OF BOUTIQUE AIR, INC TERMINATION OF SERVICE

Boutique Air, Inc. hereby gives notice of its to terminate the current Essential Air

Service ("EAS") contract:

Carlsbad, NM (CNM) DOT-OST-2002-12802

Although Boutique Air, Inc. would prefer to continue providing scheduled air

service at the awarded subsidy, cost increases in the areas of staff, fuel, parts, and

services induced by the coronavirus pandemic now hinder Boutique Air’s ability to

operate under the original budget.

WHEREFORE: Boutique Air, Inc. gives 90 day notice to terminate its current Essential

Air Service contract with the intention to re-bid at a subsidy that will support ongoing

operations.
