At 9:00, we will start our Hanoi Vintage Photography day, visiting the Opera House (built in 1901 by
the French), Hoan Kiem Lake, Catholic Church, Hanoi Old Quarter, and Long Bien Bridge. Our shoot
will finish by 3:00 PM. Enjoy dinner on your own budget.

At 9:00 AM, we will depart for Ninh Binh, where your nature photoshoot will take place. Our first
stop will be a visit to a pineapple farm (or oother suitable farms depending on the season) for your
farming concept photos. After lunch, we will embark on a boat trip to Van Long Natural Preservation
for an afternoon photo shooting session.

At 3:00 PM, we will begin our drive back to the hotel, arriving at 5:00 PM. Dinner is at your own

You'll arrive in Halong by 10:30 AM and meet your makeup artist, who will prepare you for your
photoshoot.

At 12:30 PM, you'll board the cruise and check into your cabin, and enjoy a delightful lunch while
cruising through the stunning waters of Halong Bay. After a leisurely lunch, you'll continue to explore
the beautiful bay, taking in its breathtaking scenery and capturing stunning photos.

In the afternoon, you'll visit Titop Island, where you can hike to the top for panoramic views of the
bay or spend time on the beach. You'll also have the opportunity to go kayaking and swimming.

As the sun sets, you'll join a sunset party on the sundeck and enjoy fresh fruit, soft music, and the

for your afternoon photo session, which will start with makeup. The session will include shots of the

Day 3: SAPA - FANSIPAN PEAK - HANOI (B/L/-)

At 6:00 AM, get ready with your makeup. Enjoy breakfast at the hotel at 8:00 AM, and at 8:30 AM,
we will head to Fansipan Peak via cable car. The peak of Indochina is situated at 3,143 meters above
sea level, and you will have a chance to capture breathtaking photos of Sapa and the stunning views
above the clouds. At noon, we will return to the town for lunch before departing for Hanoi. At 7:00

At 8:00 AM, we will pick you up from your hotel and begin our tour of Hanoi's cultural landmarks.
Our first stop will be the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, where you can explore the architectural and
historical significance of Uncle Ho's final resting place. Adjacent to the mausoleum is Ho Chi Minh's
house on stilts, and nearby lies the One Pillar Pagoda, which was established by King Ly Thai To in
1049 and remains a revered symbol for the people of Hanoi. We will then continue to the Tran Quoc
Pagoda, one of Vietnam's oldest pagodas, located at West Lake.

On Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, we will visit Bat Trang pottery village before enjoying a
delicious lunch at a local restaurant. After lunch, our tour will resume with a visit to the Ethnology
Museum (on Sundays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays), where you can gain insight into
Vietnam's rich ethnic diversity. We will also visit the Literature Temple and Quoc Tu Giam, Vietnam's

TRANG AN BAI DINH

Our Trang An – Bai Dinh Pagoda tour will begin at 8:00 AM when our expert tour guide and driver
pick you up from your hotel in Hanoi. We will then embark on a scenic journey to Ninh Binh
province, located approximately 120 kilometers away.
By 10:30 AM, we will reach Bai Dinh Pagoda, the largest pagoda in Vietnam. Here, you can witness

HOA LU TAM COC

Your guide and driver will arrive promptly at 8:00 AM to collect you from your hotel in Hanoi Old

6:30 – 7:00 AM: Your guide will pick you up from your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter for a scenic drive to
Sapa.

9:30 AM: Take a comfort break along the highway en route to Lao Cai city.

11:00 AM: Stop at Lao Cai city for another comfort break before continuing to Sapa.

1:00 PM: Upon arrival in Sapa, your guide will introduce you to the itinerary while you enjoy a
delicious Vietnamese lunch. Take in the colorful traditional costumes of the H’mong, Dzao, and Tay
ethnic people.

2:30 PM: Drive to the entrance of Cat Cat village, home to the Black H'mong ethnic group. Trek down
to the valley bottom with your local guide to witness the daily life activities of the locals, including a
visit to a waterfall and Hydraulic Power Station. Take photos with the bridge and waterfall before
walking up the hill to meet the bus for a return trip to Sapa in the afternoon. The trek is about 2.5
km long and lasts for 2 hours.

5:00 PM: Return to Sapa Town for free time until 7:00 PM for dinner and overnight stay in a hotel
with night activities.

Day 2: SAPA FANSIPAN PEAK – HANOI (B/L/-)

8:00 AM: After breakfast, your driver and guide will take you to the Cable Car Station for a 20-minute
ride up the mountain to an altitude of 2800 meters. Enjoy the breathtaking views of the scenery.

9:00 AM: Visit the pagoda, a spiritual destination, and trek up 600 steps to reach the peak of
Fansipan, the Roof of Indochina. Spend approximately 1.5 hours hiking and taking photos.

11:00 AM: Return to the Cable Car Station for the ride back to Sapa town.

12:30 PM: Enjoy lunch at the hotel before getting into the car for the return trip to Hanoi with two
comfort breaks.

6:30 PM: Arrive back in Hanoi, concluding the tour.

SAPA 2 DAYS 3 NIGHTS BY TRAIN

Day 0:

20:30 - 21:00: Your guide will pick you up from your hotel and transfer you to the railway station for
your overnight train to Sapa. The train departs at 21:50 and arrives at 06:30 the following day.

Day 1: SAPA - CAT CAT VILLAGE (B/L/D)

6:30: Upon arrival at Lao Cai Station, you'll be picked up and transferred to Sapa. After breakfast and
some rest at the hotel, the trekking adventure begins.

8:00: We'll start our trek to Lao Chai village to visit the Tay and Day tribes. From there, we'll continue
along the bottom of the Sapa valley to reach Ta Van village, considered the most beautiful one in the
area. Along the way, you'll enjoy the stunning scenery and stop for a delicious lunch at a local
restaurant.

Afternoon: You'll have some free time to explore Sapa Market and Stone Church before returning to
the hotel for dinner and spending the night in Sapa town.

Day 2: SAPA - CAT CAT VILLAGE - FANSIPAN PEAK - LAO CAI (B/L/-)
After breakfast, check out of your hotel and leave your luggage at the reception. We'll start our trek
to Cat Cat village of the Black Hmong tribe, where you'll witness the stunning waterfall and beautiful
scenery. Lunch will be served at a local restaurant.

After lunch, we'll continue to the Cable Car Station and spend 20 minutes on the cable car enjoying
the spectacular scenery.

14:00: Upon reaching an altitude of 2800 meters, you'll have time to see the view and take photos,
visit the pagoda, a spiritual destination, and trek up 600 steps to reach the peak of Fansipan, the
Roof of Indochina. Spend about 1.5 hours hiking and taking photos.

17:00: We'll return to the Cable Car Station and head back to Sapa town for dinner at your own
expense. Later, you'll be transferred to the train station to catch the A/C soft sleeper cabin train back
to Hanoi. The train departs at 21:15 and arrives at 05:30 the next day. You'll then be transferred
back to your hotel in Hanoi.

TERMS AND CONDITION

1. Validity and Prices:
- Prices are quoted in US Dollars.
- Itineraries and prices are valid from January 1st, 2023 to December 31st, 2023.
- Prices and itineraries are for reference only and are subject to change based on the
providers’ or local government policies.
2. Deposit and Payment Requirements:
- A non-refundable deposit of 30% to 70% is required to confirm your booking (please note
that special deposit requirements apply for some trips). If your booking is made within 60
days of the departure date, the full amount is payable at the time of booking.
- We will confirm acceptance of your booking in writing. Please refer to your booking
confirmation invoice for details regarding final payments. The balance of the trip price is due
60 days before the departure date. If this balance is not paid on or before the due date, we
reserve the right to treat your booking as canceled. In addition to the trip price, you may
also be required to pay a kitty as specified for the trip you are taking.
3. Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellation charges will be imposed if you wish to cancel your booking. These charges are
calculated from the day written notification is received by Royal Wedding Travels as a
percentage of the total tour price, including surcharges, as shown below:
- If cancellation is made after payment: 10% of the total will be charged.
- If cancellation is made less than 14 days before the departure date: 25% of the total will be
charged.
- If cancellation is made less than 7 days before the departure date: 30% of the total will be
charged.
- If cancellation is made less than 5 days before the departure date: 50% of the total will be
charged.
- If cancellation is made less than 3 days before the departure date or if you do not show up
for the trip: 100% of the total will be charged.
4. Children Policy:
- One child under 5 years old sharing the bed with parents is free of charge.
- One child under 10 years old sharing the room with parents on an extra bed is charged at
50% of the adult price.
- Children 10 years old and above are considered adults.
