Day 1: PHU QUOC ARRIVAL (No meal included)

Upon your arrival at Phu Quoc International Airport, our tour guide will meet and greet you. We will
then transfer you to our showroom where you can choose your suit and gown for the upcoming
photoshoot. Afterward, we will take you to your hotel for check-in. You will have the rest of the day
to relax and explore the beach and its surroundings.

DAY 2: PHU QUOC OUTDOOR PHOTOS SHOOTING DAY (B/L/-)

After breakfast at your hotel, our hair artist will come to your room to start your makeup session. At
1 PM, the driver will pick you up at the hotel, and we will head to the cable car to Thom Island,
where we will have a two-hour photoshoot session. Afterward, we will go to Star Beach, which is the
most beautiful beach on Phu Quoc Island, for more photos. Finally, we will go to Truong Beach to
capture the moment of the sunset. Depending on the weather, the itinerary may be adjusted.

DAY 3: PHU QUOC DEPARTURE

After breakfast at the hotel, you will have free time until it's time to transfer to the airport for
departure.

PHU QUOC’S NORTH ISLAND

Day 1: PHU QUOC ARRIVAL (No meal included)

Upon your arrival at Phu Quoc International Airport, our tour guide will greet you, and then we will
take you to our showroom where you can choose your preferred suit and gown. Once done, we will
proceed to your hotel for check-in, and you can take the rest of the day to explore the beach and the
surrounding area at your leisure.

Day 2: PHU QUOC OUTDOOR PHOTO SHOOTING DAY (B/L/-)

After breakfast at your hotel, our hair artist will meet you at 9:00 am in your hotel room to start your
make-up session. At 11:00 am, we will depart for a photo shooting session on the Northern Island,
 covering three of the following destinations: Genh Dau, Phu Quoc National Park, Ong Lan Beach, Ong
Nguyen Communal House, Long Beach, and Duong Dong Lake.

We will spend around 2 hours at each location, giving you ample time to take stunning photographs.
Later in the day, we will visit Star Beach, one of the most beautiful beaches on Phu Quoc Island, and
capture the sunset at Truong Beach. Depending on the weather, the itinerary may be adjusted to
adapt to the current conditions.

Day 3: PHU QUOC DEPARTURE (B/-/-)

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel, and then you have free time to spend the day as you please until it's
time for your transfer to the airport for departure

NIGHT SQUID FISHING

17:00 Your tour guide will pick you up from your hotel in Duong Dong town and take you to the pier
for the night squid fishing experience.

17:30 Board the boat and cruise slowly into the sunset, along with other local fishermen’s boats, for
an exciting night. As the sun sets, the boat will anchor at the best spot for squid fishing. Your crew
will show you the secret technique and method to catch squid, just like the local fishermen do to
earn their living. Fishing gear and baits will be provided, so get ready for an unforgettable
experience.

Beach. The Ho Quoc Pagoda is a new Buddhist temple on Phu Quoc Island. It is perched at the base
of a lush mountain that faces the sea and rising sun.

10: 30 Visit Phu Quoc Prison: once utilized during the Vietnam War to imprison political prisoners of
North Vietnam, the prison is now a famous historical site on Phu Quoc island;

TERMS AND CONDITION

1. Validity and Prices:
- Prices are quoted in US Dollars.
- Itineraries and prices are valid from January 1st, 2023 to December 31st, 2023.
- Prices and itineraries are for reference only and are subject to change based on the
providers’ or local government policies.
2. Deposit and Payment Requirements:
- A non-refundable deposit of 30% to 70% is required to confirm your booking (please note
that special deposit requirements apply for some trips). If your booking is made within 60
days of the departure date, the full amount is payable at the time of booking.
- We will confirm acceptance of your booking in writing. Please refer to your booking
confirmation invoice for details regarding final payments. The balance of the trip price is due
60 days before the departure date. If this balance is not paid on or before the due date, we
reserve the right to treat your booking as canceled. In addition to the trip price, you may
also be required to pay a kitty as specified for the trip you are taking.
3. Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellation charges will be imposed if you wish to cancel your booking. These charges are
calculated from the day written notification is received by Royal Wedding Travels as a
percentage of the total tour price, including surcharges, as shown below:
- If cancellation is made after payment: 10% of the total will be charged.
- If cancellation is made less than 14 days before the departure date: 25% of the total will be
charged.
- If cancellation is made less than 7 days before the departure date: 30% of the total will be
charged.
- If cancellation is made less than 5 days before the departure date: 50% of the total will be
charged.
- If cancellation is made less than 3 days before the departure date or if you do not show up
for the trip: 100% of the total will be charged.
4. Children Policy:
- One child under 5 years old sharing the bed with parents is free of charge.
- One child under 10 years old sharing the room with parents on an extra bed is charged at
50% of the adult price.
- Children 10 years old and above are considered adults.
