How to Enable/Disable Removable Storage Access in Active Directory via GPM

1. First login your admin account on the laptop. Use your own account to login.
2. Open Group Policy Management, it will ask for credentials, login with your account.
3. Navigate to the OU/Folder. See below image for reference.

1. Double click on the policy “Deny Removable Storage Access”

2. Under Security Filtering click on Add.
3. Select the user that needs access by typing the name of the user and then click
Check Names and then click on OK.

4. After adding the user, click on the Delegation tab, then click Advanced below.
 5. Look for the user’s name then scroll down on Permissions and tick Deny check box
for Apply group policy and then click OK.

4. After this, instruct to restart the machine so that the policy will activate.
