Course Name: Service Learning

Number of Credits: 4

Under Service Learning ( 4 credits) students shall undertake community service project
with an NGO assigned to students. They are required to contribute minimum 60 hours at
the NGO as per the project requirements and their convenience and maintain a log sheet for
the hours you spends . That will be the proof of their attendance.

Students will be evaluated based on the project completion.

Students have to give work preference as below .

Technical Work: Includes either of the activities -Coding, Website development, App
development, Data Entry, Digital Marketing, Data Analysis , database management, data
cataloging, etc.

Non-technical: includes any of the activities -product marketing and presentations, survey,
data collection, visiting sites/ centres, computer training/ Teaching, Event Management ,
green initiatives, brand building of the NGO etc.
