Dear Sir Jopy,

Good day to you Sir, being a student and a class mayor of BSMB 4
it is my responsibility to manage the whole class and to assist during
activities specially the Foundation Day. I am writing letter to accept my
mistakes and to apologize for being so irresponsible student. My
apologies Sir for being not around during that day, because I have also
important meeting in my child school during that day. I am hoping for
