Centralized Admission Open for First Year MBBS/BDS -

Session 2021-22 For Army Medical College, Rawalpindi

How to Apply:
a. Choose given link to apply for MBBS/BDS seat in Army Medical College, Rawalpindi.
b. Login with same CNIC/B Form/NICOP/Passport No. as with which candidate registered
with NUMS Entry test 2021.
c. After Login, applicant is required to complete application form (Personal Information, Academic

Information, Program Choices (MBBS/BDS), Upload Original Scanned Documents, download &
upload Paid Challan and submit application. Last date Tuesday 25th January 2022 4 :00 P.M
d. Take the print out of Admission Processing fee challan @ Rs 3000/- (Three thousand Rupees
only, Non-refundable/Non-transferable) which can be deposited at any branch of Habib Bank
Ltd
e. Applicants can only apply by using desktop PC or laptop but not Mobile Phone.
f. Applicants are advised to be careful in selecting MBBS and BDS Programs as per their Choice.
g. Application once submitted, cannot be changed by the applicant. Candidates are advised to be
careful while filling the Application Form.

Mandatory Documents:

Following are the mandatory Original documents required to be scanned and attached with
Application for Admission

Note: Marks obtained by candidates in the science electives of only Biology, Chemistry and
Physics/Mathematics shall be used in calculating the merit, therefore candidates must upload scanned
copy of Mark Sheet and Transcripts having details of marks & grades.

For Open Merit Seats:


Applicant who is a Pakistani National or defined as an Overseas Pakistani under applicable law and
may hold Dual Nationality and may be resident or non-resident in Pakistan.
a. Recent coloured passport size photograph of the applicant with blue background.
b. CNIC/B-Form /NICOP of the candidate.
c. Valid CNIC/ NIC/ NICOP of Father / Guardian.
d. Matriculation (SSC) Certificate or result card issued by concerned BISE/Equivalence Certificate of
O-Level/10th grade etc., issued by IBCC/ concerned foreign institute.
e. HSSC Pre-Medical result card issued by concerned BISE /Equivalence Certificate of A-Level/12th
Grade, etc. issued by IBCC/ concerned foreign institute.
f. Transcripts of 10th Grade/O Level/ Equivalent issued by concerned foreign Institute.
g. Transcripts of A-level/12th Grade, etc., (in case of foreign qualifications) issued by concerned
foreign university/high school/ Board.
h. The candidates having foreign qualification equivalent to Pakistani HSSC (e.g., A-Level, IB,
American 12th Grade, etc.) shall have to submit, along with their Equivalence Certificate, a Letter
of Equivalence of Grades in Science Subjects (i.e., Biology, Chemistry and Physics/Mathematics),
issued separately by IBCC. This is mandatory because as per the directions of Pakistan Medical
Commission (PMC) the merit shall be calculated by using the marks in science subjects only of
HSSC/equivalent exam;
i. Scanned copy of paid Admission Application Processing Fee Challan
j. Hifz-e-Quran Certificate issued by a registered Madrassa (only for candidates claiming to be Huffaz-
e-Quran).
k. PMC MDCAT 2021 Result Certificate / MDCAT 2020 Equivalence Result
l. Duly signed and scanned Undertaking on plain paper

IMPORTANT

a. Possession of CNIC is mandatory for students aged 18 and above at the time of
admission.
b. Candidates having foreign qualifications, such as O/A Level etc. shall have to upload the
equivalence certificate issued by IBCC at the time of submission of online application, otherwise
their application shall be rejected.
c. As per PMC “Admission Regulations (Amended) 2021-2022” Admissions to Medical and Dental
programs shall be conducted separately and each student shall be required to apply separately to
a medical or dental program. A student having not applied to a given program shall not be entitled
to admission to such program.
d. The candidates claiming to be Hafiz-e-Quran can appear in only one Hifz-e-Quran Test, either for
public sector or private sector institutions. The result of this Hifz-e-Quran Test shall be valid for
both public and private sectors. Hifz-e-Quran marks will be added to F.Sc (Pre-
Medical)/HSSC/Equivalent Biology, Chemistry and Physics/Mathematics as per policy.
e. It shall be the sole responsibility of the candidate to submit complete application along with the
required documents, in case of any deficiency, the University shall reject the application without
intimating the candidate.
f. Applications once submitted shall be considered final. Applications which are incomplete in any
way or those received by post shall be rejected.
g. Applications shall be submitted through online portal only. No hard copies are acceptable.
No application shall be accepted after the last date of submission.
h. The university shall cancel any provisional admission where the credentials of a student are not
verified.
