    domain shows inner raceway and roller. Time domain shows impact correlated with
    bearing defect.

    Recommendation:
    • 02/06/21 Work Order 400004262208 Please check Right bearing alignment and
    inspect the bearing of Tail Snub Pulley Conveyor #71 by 16/06/21 as well as check
    shaft condition. Please contact RCM after repair has been performed or required
    any additional information.
