Madam,
I am directed to refer to your proposal ref. No. nil dated 10/03/2023 & e-mail dated 29104/2023 on
the subject mentioned above and to convey the approval of the competent authority to conduct the Offline
CRE Programme as per the following details:

2. The approval to CRE status of the above Programme is subiect to following all the
conditions mentioned in the new norms & guidelines for CRE Programme as prescribed by the
Council available on the Council's website at

3. That the amount collected from the participants will be utilized for the programnle purpose only.
4. The report of the said Programme may please be submitted within 2 da after its completion
alongwith soft copy of Evaluati on sheet & Scoring sheets of each participa n an ource Person
CRR number in Excel Worksheet
5. The Receipt and payment A/c, lncome & Expenditure A/c and Utilization Certiflcate duly audited &
certified by Chartered Accountants are required to be submitted within 2 days of completion of the
pro9ramme-
6. Group photographs and session wise photograph for each day with Google map location with time and
date are essential and to be submitted alongwith report,
7. Copy of Certiflcate to the participants may be issued in the enclosed format only.
8. This programme will be done as per the guidelines/instruction of COVID-19 issued by the
l,linistry of Home Affairs, Government of India/State Government,
