     Confirm that the “CLEANED” label is affixed to the
    equipment.
     Enter the details in the ‘Equipment Usage Log’.
     Remove the “CLEANED” label and affix the “UNDER
    PROCESS” label.
     Get a Line Clearance Certificate from In Process Quality
    Assurance.
