1.1 MVL HSE MONTHLY ACTIVITIES IN THE PROJECT( ON-GOING)
General

Month of March 2023, In 50-BD we had activities including tile works, wall painting, and masonry repair works,
door works. MEP works inside the 50-BD is progressing. In OVF only MEP works are going on, In CCW ground
repair works and MEP works are going on, all necessary safety precautions are met.

The new scope of the project: Advanced MEP activities in all buildings. 50-BD remaining tile works, door
works, Ceiling works, CCW-MEP works, Pavement works, Fit-outs etc.
Major Concerns

a. FDT tests.
b. Summer concerns for workers.
c. Confined space works for the manhole works.

Suggested Actions

a. No work shall be carried out inside the radius of possible radiography emission (25m), barricades and
proper signs shall be provided, complete supervision by the supervisor.
b. Workers are advised to; wear proper clothing, intake of more fluids & food, reporting of emergency
situations and procedures to follow.
c. Confined space work third party training has been given to 10 workers and supervisor training to 4
foremen. Instructed the sub-contractor to confirm the availability of gas monitoring device and to
maintain required paper works prior, during and after the work.
