EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

A project work is a part of academic career, which has give me an opportunity for
exposure to the industry and corporate exposure. This project study is mainly aimed at
gaining total exposure to an organization's operations and relates the theoretical
concepts learnt in classroom to the organizational function. The study has been
conducted by collecting relevant data from the records of the company.

India's banking system should not only be devoid of dispute, but also capable of
meeting new challenges posed by technology and other internal and foreign forces.
India cannot have a thriving economy without a sound and functioning financial
system.

The project titled as “A STUDY ON NON PERFORMING ASSET IN BANK OF

BARODA AT SHIKARIPUR” the study aim at knowing different aspect of
information regarding bank of Baroda.
