A very good evening to all the guests present here. I’m Ar. Payal Saha and it’s an absolute delight to
be amongst all of you and hosting the second edition of ICIBC - ULTRATECH AWARDS 2023 today.

In a profession of any sort, especially that of construction, any project is incomplete without any of the
four participants. The architect, the engineer, the contractor and the client. The combined effort of these
people is what makes our buildings stand. Unfortunately, unlike bollywood stars, recognition is not
something names receive in this industry. Atleast, for most of us.

Recognition and rewards are somewhat of an appreciation or motivation all of us require in our lives to
keep going.

Today INDIAN CONCRETE INSTITUTE - BHUBANESWAR CHAPTER and ULTRATECH CEMENT

LIMITED have joined hands to organize this ceremony to recognize stalwarts of construction and really
give credits wherever it’s due.

Before we formally start the event, I would request all our esteemed dignitaries to join us on the
stage/dias to kindle the holy lamp, so that we could have an auspicious event today, with the blessings
of almighty.

Requesting Dr. V. Ramachandra and Dr. Pasla to stay back with us on the stage, and all other

Starting off this auspicious event we have a Devotional song prepared for all of you by Tannishtha Roy.

Wow! That was an amazing way to kick-off this ceremony wasn’t it. Now this event has been divided into
two phases, the technical session and the award ceremony. To brief you all better on this event I
request Dinakar Pasla (chairman of ICI bbsr centre and HOD School of Infrastructiure and IIT BBSR) to

Our Company definitely knows how to make heads turn. Whether that may be in terms of competition or
hard work. Although we all know our fair share about UTCL, Our zonal head Shri Amitabh Pandey will
definitely be able to frame it better. Sir can we please have you on stage for a few words.

Going on with our technical session and to bring to you our speakers for the day I request Er. Pradeep
