Additional Comments:  DIscussed the dose with the physician
and learned the reason for treating 4000cGy/20 fxs which is
different than other fractionation schemes used in our
department

Loads the patient imaging studies into the planning computer. Satisfactory [2 pts]

Additional Comments:  Meshan does a great job contouring

Successfully places the isocenter using simulation data. Satisfactory [2 pts]

Additional Comments:  Isocenter was placed correctly in CT

Correctly generates plan using blocks, wedges, segmented Satisfactory [2 pts]

fields. Additional Comments:  PTV created based on physician
instuctions and the block was generated based on a margin
from the PTV. Segments created to develop a more
homogenous isodose distribution.

Additional Comments:  Meshan looked at different energies
and settled on 10 MV for both beams

makes changes as requested. Additional Comments:  The physician wanted to know the skin
max dose. Meshan had to create a skin contour and provide
him with the information he requested.

Additional Comments:  Rad calc done successfully
