Additional Comments:  This is not required in our department.
It is the role of the radiation therapist to do the pre-treatment
checks.

Utilizes respiratory gating information to determine field N/A

parameters. Additional Comments:  This lung did not require gating but she
has experience on other patients that have utilized a 4D scan or
breath hold.
