1. There will be reinforcement/remedial activities to be given every morning of class days utilizing teacher-made activity sheets.
2. To cover all competencies of all subjects in a week, the teacher will do integrative teaching wherein related competencies of other
subjects will be integrated to the competency being developed in a given subject.
3. Set A pupils will have F2F classes every 1st& 3rd week of the month while the set B pupils will have their F2F classes every 2 nd& 4th
week of the month.
4. Pupils will be given SLMs during the off-school learning weeks.
5. Schedules of SLMs Distribution & Retrieval:
a. Learners in Set A& Set B will be given SLMs on Friday morning. They will return the modules on Monday, a week after their
off-school learning period.
b. Learners’ parents in Purely Modular Distance Learning Modality will get and return modules every morning of Wednesday.
6. Disinfection Schedule:
a. Frequently touched surfaces- Every morning of class days
b. Entire classroom premises- Every Saturday

a. Face-to-Face classes – Every afternoon of the class days
b. WFH (AWA)- (Every morning of Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday)

8. During WFH-AWA, the teacher will prepare SLMs, check & record learners’ outputs, and follow-up learners in modular distance
learning modality.
9. Every morning of class days, the teacher will monitor pupils who are in Modular Distance Learning Modality through home
visitation, phone call, text and messenger.
10. First hour of the first 5 days of class days will be allotted for Mental Health and Psychosocial Support (MHPSS).

or Activities that will require Close Contact or where Physical Distancing may not
be Possible.

1. All physical or face-to-face large gatherings such as school activities, monthly celebration, program and
activities, group work, field trips, sports festivals, flag ceremonies, culminating activities and other
related activities where large number of people congregates is hereby prohibited in the school. Further,
Stringent Social Distancing Measures should also be observed.

2. This prohibition shall take effect immediately.

General Information:
Title: School-based In-Service Training on Capacitating Teachers with Strategies in Facilitating Blended
Learning Approach.
Rationale: Department of Education are strengthens the conduct of School-based INSET for the following
reasons. It helps teachers to improve the teaching skills, to guide their efforts towards improving teaching-
learning process. It addresses education gaps in order to produce quality pupils for the professional growth of
teachers. It leads directly to actions that change the teaching and learning environment, and developing a

reasons cited below justify the necessity to conduct INSET in the school.

Objectives:
1. To discuss to the participant managing alternative class schedule.
2. To discuss to the participant the minimum health protocols and prohibition on face-to-face.
3. To discuss to the participant the strategies in facilitating blended learning approach (Face-to-
Face and Modular)
4. To discuss to the participant the provision of remediation/intervention for learners during
face-to-face classes.

The staff meeting started 9:03 in the morning with a prayer led by Mrs. Prsicila P. Tando. The
discussant of the said meeting was Mr. Romeo Q. Jauod, the school head.

a.Orient the stakeholders about prohibition of conduct of physical face to face classes in large
gatherings like school activities, field trips, sports festival and flag ceremonies.

2.Conduct of consultation with parents


a. Orient the parents about feedbacking and instructional support for learners facilitation of assessment.
b. Presents weekly home learning plan
c. Presents the tasks after face to face classes. Preparation for class B and remaining subjects for class A.

3.Conduct Orientation of AWA for Teachers

a. orient teachers of their AWA schedule

The principal reminded the teachers to comply school files and reports and it includes Budget of work and MELCS.
