    Dear Mr. Karam

    Can you employ someone with experience in computer typing, staff training, and records keeping?

    These are the qualification you are seeking in a clerk typist as was published in the March 10
    advertisement in the Cambodia daily. I believe that my experience and education make me the person
    you are looking for.

    For two years I have experienced all facts of typing from journals and books to newspaper articles.
    The work was enjoyable as well as educational. I am confident that my experience would help me to
    contribute to the work in your company.
